FC 25 lags and ping problem

My internet connection is good, in fact, EA help: on the official support page, this test scored 83 out of 100.

In addition, my system is quite capable; I have an RTX 4070 Windforce and an R5 7600X processor, and I am using liquid cooling.

The problem is that I bought the game a few days ago, but since the first day, I have been experiencing ping issues, lag, and stuttering. In fact, the game shuts down without any error while I am chatting and playing with my friends on EA Games. I also own FC24 and have been using it for 1.5 years, but I haven't encountered these kinds of issues with that game.

I have updated my graphics card and Windows. I even reset my internet, but I still couldn't resolve the stuttering and low ping issues. I am waiting for support from the authorities; otherwise, it seems unreasonable to pay for a game I can't play on such a high-performance PC. If there is no solution, I would like to request a refund for the product I purchased. Thank you for your attention.
