Did you see an EA Anticheat error message or an EA app error message at any time?
In the meantime, I recommend that you reinstall the EA Anticheat, clear the cache, and, if this situation persists afterward, also reinstall the game.Let us know how it goes!
i tried everything but the same error still persists, i also formatted my laptop
