FC 25 Online Matches Crashing Need Help

Hi everyone,

I’m having a serious issue with FC 25 — every time I try to play any online match, the game crashes. This includes Division Rivals, FUT Champs, and even Squad Battles, which are supposed to be offline. However, the game can start and run Kick-Off matches without any problem.

• Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Used different DNS settings (Google, Cloudflare, etc.)
Reinstalled the game completely
Tried playing on a different laptop
Cleared cache and temporary files
Disabled overlays and background apps

Unfortunately, none of these have worked. The issue seems to be tied specifically to online game modes.

Is anyone else facing the same problem? Could this be a server issue or a bug? If anyone has a solution or can guide me, I’d really appreciate it.
