FC 25 points not appearing

After buying 2800 FC 25 points on the ps store, I went to open the game and no points came up. I restarted my ps5, turned it off and back on again, waited for a few hours and still there was no fc points, I then checked my transaction history on my ps5 and it was clear that I had bought 2800 fc points for 25$, I hope someone would reply to this and give me answers or a refund.
