Fc 25 settings file gone on pc

I was loading into my ultimate team when suddenly my game crasht and know my settings file is gone I can only create a new settings file is there a solution to recover my old settings file because I do not want to lose everything I had I had played 600 for my ultimate team and now its gone also because its near the end of fc 25 pls help me with getting back my old settings file and so my ultimate team
