FC points
I bought a FC points code yesterday redeemed it yesterday and the points have still not loaded onto my account. I have checked the web app and ultimate team. What should I do?

please wait 24 hours for the points to arrive. Please also make sure that you purchased points for FC 25 and not FC 24.
If the points still haven't arrived after 24 hours, please contact support.
Hello it has almost been 24 hours since I redeemed them and they have not loaded onto my account. I also did make sure they are for FC 25.

In that case, I would recommend contacting Support, so they can check your account and figure out what happened to the points. We unfortunately cannot help with account issues and purchases here in the forum.
I contacted support but they said that they can't help because the code wasn't for steam. I got the code from Amazon so I can't contact them.

Unfortunately, we can't help with purchases from third party sellers. Amazon has a customer support that you can try contacting, though there's no guarantee that they can exchange the code.
