Why does my FC 25 SHOWCASE that my EA Account is restricted and cannot use any online features? I didn't do anything, and all of a sudden, that's it

It's been a week. Any update?
The same thing happened to me I just tried to play and it says upgrade but I own the showcase
1. Restart your PC
2. Open the EA app and click on the 3 lines in the top left corner, Help, and then App recovery and do Clear Cache
3. Go to Help again and do Restart app
It should work after that and make sure the steam app is closed while you do these steps.

Whenever I launch the game it gives me the "ea account is restricted from accessing online features" error and then the "there was a problem communicating with EA services". No I am not banned or restricted from EA in any way shape or form, no I am not using a VPN, I downloaded showcase through the Epic Games Launcher and I tried launching both with the EA app launcher and Epic games, I get the same error every time. I tried clearing my cache and restarting EA and it still doesn't work. Why?

how did you download the game from ea when you bough it from steam it says that you can manage it only through steam
Can you allow eafc25 to access to public and private network and write google DNS? It may help
