fc25 laging , tear issue in any mode

so my game lags badly for about 3 month and more I play on a terrible lag which I thought its my server or something then i try squad battle the same thing , i play on rtx4070, ping 33 , but my game keep terribly lagging in rivals in squad battle in champion sometimes when i change graphic setting it get fixed the game still heavy to be played please help thank you

oh also everyday i cant launch i need to verify steam files (im on pc on steam) because always have 3 missing files also hahaha many times im playing the game quick me and tell me i have been disconnected althought my itnernet is 100%fine
