fc25 not opening (please see the video)

I've been playing the game for about a month and I could barely enter the game. I bought it from Steam. I haven't been able to enter the game for the last 3 weeks. If you watch the video I uploaded, you'll understand what I mean. I hope someone has the same problem and solved it.
