Did you try changing Internet connection? may be mobile hotspot or friend/family internet?
Last option is to approach EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
I tried, it didn't work. Reached out to Ask EA help, it's giving generic answers and pushing to the Forums.

On the FC25 main menu screen, instead of selecting Ultimate Team, use the R3 option to connect to the EA server and check if this works. What error comes up?
Something must have changed from your end or ISP end or EA end. At least verify everything again from your side. Maybe take a friend/family member's help. They may spot something.Try sign out and sign in PSN, clear EA profile and reinstall gama again. Try different connectivity options again and see if anything works.
Try contacting EA help again 2–3 times. Maybe some other advisor will give better input.
