Fix ea
9 times out of 10 games it says this, it freezes and crashes. Yesterday on WL I was able to play 3 out of 12 games. The internet is 800mbs and the ping is 28. Please do something about it. I paid a lot of money and I can play 2 games.

Hi there. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
