I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
I've attached connectivity report from over 2 months ago and one done this morning.
For reference I've attached broadband test results from two well known and trusted companies.
The only time I have issues running anything over broadband are playing FC24 and FC25, other EA games are fine.
This suggests that issue is specific to the servers for FC24 and FC25 or it's your AntiCheat program that is causing this.
I understand that there are more difficulties making a game work on PC due to the multitude of motherboard, CPU, and graphics combinations is comparison to Xbox or PS consoles but still, the level of disruption and problems encountered in playing FC25 is just unacceptable.
EA_Aljo I said other EA games are fine. Not today, two separate exits for servers whilst playing PGA Golf as well as being unable to complete match in FC24 and FC25
The connection protocols for your servers have turned to junk
According to your test, there is enough packet loss to cause disconnects and lag. Since it's happening on other games, that further points to this being an issue with your home network/ISP. It would be good to contact them to see if they are noticing any issues.
I have checked with my provider, no issues on my line. PGA Golf is also an EA game and run from their servers.
I have no issue with working from home, video and phone calls via wireless connection to my router have no issues.
Streaming from this PC which has wired connection no issue.
It's only EA's games that are disrupted by this packet loss which wasn't happening previously.
It is your issue to resolve
