Let me put it this way, are there any steps being taken to improve the servers, or does EA investigate disconnects or lag issues experienced by players? Are you guys able to confirm if this is a security limits issue or a server issue?

We're always monitoring the servers for any issues.
Since you aren't getting that test for me, we can't confirm that's the issue. However, if you disconnect after every match, wait 24 hours and are not disconnecting, that was the problem.The reason i was reluctant sharing the test screenshot is you will ask me to go check with my ISP. My internet has always given same results, and i did t have issues until 3 days ago. Here are the results

Are you normally playing on a wireless connection? You didn't provide the match history so I can't see which matches are wired and which are not.
