ukAlex93 now we know the entire problem with FC/Fifa in general is the attitude of EA. They are always right. Their product is great. Anyone who reports an issue has a wonky connection. The gameplay is GREAT. The SERVERS are flawless.

Community ManagerThis really isn't true. We want you to have the best possible connection. However, big pieces of that are out of our control. We have no control whatsoever over the equipment you use, how it's set up, how it's optimized, who your ISP is, how your signal is routed, how busy the traffic is on your connection, etc. These make a very big difference in the stability and strength of your connection.
Whilsat I appreciate this is complex, as it's something I deal with on a daily basis, you cannot just ignore these complaints. When the majority of the playerbase complains about performance, it is a YOU problem. This a massive contributor to FC 25 falling off a cliff in terms of player count. It's just not working for us.
