Your connection is showing packet loss. This is why you're having issues with your connection. That's something you'd need to speak with your ISP about.
We can't help with players feeling heavy. We need to see the lag to help diagnose any connection issues.
no its not his fault ! everyone has this issue your servers are running on a toast ! packet loss also matters which side of the connection has issues !
he also has no packet loss lol why you try blame your customers for this issue its your side ea !
When you say "see the lag", am I correct in thinking this means video footage demonstrating multiple examples of as many of the detailed issues as I can clip?
EA_Aljo Updated today: Packloss according to your data is back where I've said it's been for month but Ping is rubbish, only one Rush match showing the ping rate I expect and get for daily use on everything apart from EA servers for FC25, FC24, PGA Golf.
Fault clearly is with your servers as players are also being losing connection when not even playing online matches - Squad battles or within SBCs.
Are you clueless? Firstly, packet loss does not indicate where a problem lies. Secondly, I do not suffer from packet loss issues with any other piece of software on any of the machines on my network. It is literally just EA servers. ISP ran some tests and found no problems. I ran some tests lf my own and have found no issues on my end.
You also say "see the lag" - do you even play this game?
Also, here's a new test.
I am STILL experiencing slow and unresponsive gameplay + menus.
If you have video clearly showing the lag, we'll review it.
How do you not have tools measuring response times between clients & servers?
This is standard practice. Why is it on us to provide you with the data that you should already have?
