FIX THE SERVERS

You know what? **bleep** this. I cannot believe how PAINFUL it is to get any of you to actually do anything. This is the first time I have played FUT and it has been the single worst gaming experience of my life. From the constant crashes with new patches, the inconsistent gameplay and now the delay when playing at peak hours. It's as though the devs WANT us to quit. I'm done.

better for first half now after  maintenance but as soon as you leave the half time its back again delayed as hell

game was fine for 2 days after server maintaince and is now back again to absolute delay

I've given up with the game. They can't even optimise it on console - as a dev, that's an absolute disgrace.

I have 20 ms ping and there was no lag the whole match, but it just auto exits UT at the end of the game, and says DNF when i log back in. Please investigate the server i got connected to.. video captured for reference 

This happened multiple games either right at the start or right at the end since 3 days.

If you are continually disconnecting from matches, most likely you've hit the security limits. More information on that can be found here.

If you're disconnecting before matches end, please run the test I mentioned in my previous response. 

I did not engage in some out of the ordinary game play behavior. Could you check and confirm the issue rather than telling me what the issue might have been? Is it not in your control to check the issue?

Can you run that test, please? That will help tell us what's happening. However, if you are continually disconnecting when matches end, chances are excellent it's from hitting the security limits by playing too many games in a short amount of time. Like the video explains.

Let me put it this way, are there any steps being taken to improve the servers, or does EA investigate disconnects or lag issues experienced by players? Are you guys able to confirm if this is a security limits issue or a server issue?

We're always monitoring the servers for any issues.

Since you aren't getting that test for me, we can't confirm that's the issue. However, if you disconnect after every match, wait 24 hours and are not disconnecting, that was the problem.
