FPS Drop & Latency (The game is just unplayable after update)

I installed FC 25 last month on my pc (good specs : r5 5 5600x w/ RTX 3060 Ti) I play UT, the game used to work fine, but after season 6 update, it feels just impossible to play, slooow gameplay, so so laggy like there's a massive delay like im running the game on ×0.5 speed, sooo laggy it's just unplayable now, and just to let you know, I already lowered the graphics to low and still facing the same issue since season 6 update. Does EA know about this issue and is there anyone else who's having the exact same issue, it's really frustrating..
