FPS drop jitter or ping when playing online on ultimate team on PlayStation 5

This glitch has been happening since team of the year when ever I play an online game mode with rivals or rush, fps drops ping jitter even packet loss happens for no reason. My console is on the newest update, I have good internet with the router next to my set up. This problem has been happening for almost a month just wanted fix, this problem never happens when I play other games like Fortnite or gta so it’s ea servers on PlayStation   (This problem doesn’t happen when I play squad battles)
