fut champions loss saying EA servers are having problems

So i am playing Fut champs and winning after sweating my **bleep** then the game crashes on the menu advance to the menu and it counts as a lose for me, said it is ok happens, played another one winning 3-1 first half, crashes me again and saying EA servers are experiencing problems and counts as a lose, third game won 10-5 match ends then same scenario
