FUT disconnecting/not accessible

It took like half an hour of "cannot reach ultimate team servers at the moment, returning to the main menu" or whatever the hell it was, finally did manage to connect and it disconnected mid-game while I was winning, giving me a loss. This is getting ridiculous, what kind of compensation are we getting for not being able to play (or worse, punishing us for a technical issue that they're having) a game that we did and are still paying to play?
