FUT: game freezes after loading

Hi, started playing fut recently, generally having a good time but I have the following problem:

On random occasions, as I load a game on rivals, I get stuck on the black screen that shows up just before the stadium cutscene. Of course, if I quit I get a DNC, so there's nothing I could do and this massively slows down my progression. My drivers are up to date, it's a brand new PC so everything runs smoothly on 120hz, so I have no idea what it could be. Maybe because I'm using an Intel GPU, which is not that typical still. Any help will be appreciated.
