Game crashed at kickoff in UT pc

Ive tried every solution I have found from the web and from ea forums but the bug still happens (In correct drive , all on low settings , booting in safe mode , removing it form Windows defender firewall and more.....). I cant play UT at all and im losing all evo progress is there any way to fix this? I have a decent pc and I had no problems on older games. Please help i want to play the game that i bought.
