Hi there. What is happening when you try to load into Ultimate Team? Are you getting an error message?

this happens to me too, I get a message saying that servers are unavailable, but everything is on (router, cables, wifi...) and every other online game I own works perfectly fine

As a test, try switching to a mobile hotspot and let me know if you can connect or not.

I used my phone's hotspot and it didnt work, in the meanwhile I also tried to reboot the console by double-clicking the power button, and yet nothing changed.

Thanks for trying that. Next, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

I’ve done all this already only ultimate team won’t work I can play online seasons or clubs but just ultimate team that won’t work even on fc 24 same problem

Mine works on a hotspot but not my wife/wired Internet provider. In your experience what does this prove? It's an IP issue?

Thanks for trying that. This means the issue is with your ISP. You'll need to contact them for assistance as something on their end is blocking your access to Ultimate Team.
