Game freeze for more than 10 min

Good Day,

My game have been loading in the past 4 matches for longer than 10 minutes. After closing the game and starting the game again I get the message I quite the game and this results getting less points in future. 

Please get my game back how it should be with full points. I can't help it that the game froze for 10 min.
