The game gets stuck on a black cutscene whenever I am trying to play online matckmaking 'rivals' in UT. This is happening almost all the time. I can't skip the cutscene and have to force close the game.
I managed to play 1 or 2 games but then when the game finished i was stuck again on black screen after the game.
can someone help pls.

Community ManagerHave you already tried resetting your in-game settings or even lowering those down?
Making a copy and delete the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
You may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile when you launch the game.
Same here.. I face this problem since last Sunday. First on Squad Battle and now also Rival game. I hope this issue will reslove ASAP from EA team.
I reset my PC and it seems to be working now. But still got stuck in the half time cut scenes on a couple of games. I'll try your solution and update in a couple of days.
Facing same problems as before. Even in single player mode now.
