GAME KEEPS CRASHING DURING GAMEPLAY

My FC25 keeps crashing for as long as I can remember, sometimes it crashes during the second match after I start the game, sometimes during the first. It's so frustrating, I don't think I would buy FC26 because I can't bear going through this same frustration. I haven't enjoyed this game ever since I bought it on Steam. Please help me. It crashes, and there are no errors shown. anyone facing this
