Game keeps randomly freezing

This is the most annoying thing that has ever happened , playing a game then it randomly freezes , its not anything to do with my internet as even if it was this is the only game i lag on , i have capped my frames and turned on v-sync to even check if its that , nothing changed , i have reinstalled the ea app , and ea fc25 aswell , i have tried closing all my background tasks that done nothing , i highly doubt that its my pc specs (4060ti , Ryzen 7 5700x3d 32gb ram) i have checked all my drivers and windows yet nothing seems to fix this horrendous bug or whatever it is , if someone has a fix please tell me.
