Game mutes all audio on PC

Whenever I launch FC25 it mutes all audio on my pc including videos on songs that are in my browser or on Spotify. I use an Intel Core I-7-6700 NVIDIA Ge Force 1060Ti 32GBS of RAM and 1000 GBS of storage. There is also a small volume indicator with a line through it in the bottom left corner.
