Game stuck on Loading client window

Hello,

When I start the game, everything goes normally until a page asks me whether I have the Ultimate or Standard version of the game. I click on Standard, and then a page saying “Loading client window, please wait.” appears. From that point, I cannot access the game and have to use the task manager to quit. I have verified the integrity of the files on Steam, uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, cleared caches, restarted my computer multiple times, and updated my CPU and GPU drivers. I don’t know what else to do — does anyone have a solution to this problem?
