game stuttering cpu core ultra 275hx 5090

It seems that after I get microcode 0x117 the game stutters a lot and fps doesn't even reach 60. The simple solution for now is to turn off e-core and the game will be able to run at 60fps again. It's the same for both fc24 and fc25. I need a fix ASAP and it probably isn't the same problem on fc26.
