Game won’t start – corrupted cloud save, need reset (PC)

Hi,

I’m experiencing a persistent problem with EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC. The game no longer starts correctly after my PC was hard shut down during gameplay.

I’ve tried the following:

- Reinstalling the game  
- Reinstalling Windows  
- Clearing EA App cache  
- Deleting local save folders

Despite all of that, the game always launches in a broken state — it seems the cloud save is corrupted and keeps loading each time I start the game.

I contacted EA support twice already, but they said there is no tool to delete or reset my cloud save. That’s why I was asked to post here so the dev/support team could possibly escalate this and help me reset or remove the corrupted cloud save for EA FC 25.

This issue is preventing me from playing entirely.
