I'm seeing issues with ucrtbase.dll in here, which is a core windows process. I have a few steps yo can try:

1. Make sure you have the latest VC++ Redistributables installed.
2. Try running a System File Check:
   1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
   2. Run the command sfc /scannow
3. Try performing a clean boot.

I ran the system file check as you suggested, and it found corrupted files and succesfully repaired them. I've restarted my system and will now test FC 25 again. I'll let you know if the error still occurs. If the issue doesn't occur again in the next few days, I will mark this as solution

Same error here!  I can start a match when there is a cutscene, the game crashes. I will ask for my money back. 

Crash Error message: 

"DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG"

The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Error occurred on GPUID: 100

The message resource is present, but the message was not found in the message table

My GPU is an RTX 5070 TI, and I have already tried all the Nvidia drivers available for RTX 50.
This issue happens every time I play FC 25.
