Giving losses when Opponent quit in champs whilst I was winning

I just got kicked out of ultimate team and it gave me 2 loses my last two games of champs I was winning 3-0 in both and when my opponents quit it’s kicked me out of ultimate team and gave me the loss Irs completely ruined my rewards and wasted my time completely I’m never using this game again if it’s not resolved already checked with ea and it wasn’t anything to do with my internet connection in them 2 games this is a disgrace
