Rival Games crashing and when I go onto Evolutions

Dear EA Sports Support,

I purchased the game around a month ago, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but frustration since. I have experienced countless crashes, which result in a DNF every time—even in situations where I’m winning comfortably, such as being 4-0 up in the 90th minute. Additionally, I am repeatedly kicked out of the game whenever I try to access Evolutions.

This issue has caused me to miss out on the Zidane Evolution, putting me at a significant disadvantage when playing against other opponents. Also with the DNF on rival games, which leaves me without the rewards I am expected. I expect a smooth experience, especially when using a wired connection, yet I have had no issues with connectivity on any other platform.

What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of support. I have been unable to get through to EA directly, leaving me with no choice but to seek help through forums instead of proper customer service. This is unacceptable for a game of this scale, and I expect a resolution as soon as possible.

Please advise on how this can be resolved.
