Hello, I bought a CD, but there is no Russian language on it, how do I solve this problem? I tried downloading from both a Turkish account and from Poland, but it doesn't help.

The languages are available according to the region where you purchased the product from. As you've mentioned you purchased a disc, if you bought it from a local retailer, you would need to speak to them for a possible exchange.
