Help!! The game is nearly unplayable right now

Since last thursday, every time i try to get into a division rivals or champions(sometimes even rush) the moment i or the rival hit the kickoff the game suddenly freezes some seconds and said that i disconected, then i get back to the UT lobby so it isnt my connection, i already tried everything of what EA help recommended on X, pls help with this issue its really frustrating knowing you start playing to just get kicked out and it isnt even a problem of your console or wifi connection :(
