Hi quick question regarding fc web app market

2 months ago i got market ban on my main and I learned my lesson not to do it again and I am playing on a new account now but both account are on steam. But the new one is only for fc25 and the old steam account is where i play csgo and other games, I've been playing on the new one for almost a month and my market hasn't open yet so I was wondering if its because Im using two steam account. Pls help.
