High ping - unplayable game
I can't play this game. The ping is 100+ ms on all Clubs matches I've attempted to play. Prior to me clipping I had an addition 3-4 matches with the same thing. This has been my experience since purchasing the game. I'd say there would be maybe a maximum of 2 matches out of 10 where the gameplay was actually smooth for me, but even if I won, I still wasn't satisfied cause I'm sure there were players on the other team that experienced the bad connection I did so it's not even really fair.
I play on PC. I have wired ethernet connection with perfectly good internet. EVERY other game I play works perfectly fine. I RARELY, if ever, experience ANY lag in those games, and I even called my ISP to make sure everything was running smoothly and explained why I called (for your game), and they even suggested that the issue is on EA's end. So I know it's not my internet that's the issue - which you guys love to blame.
I know the clip I linked were just Clubs Rush matches (which I play most of the time), but this happens across all game modes. I even left some gameplay in there so you can see how bad this game is. THIS GAME IS UNPLAYABLE.
Please help us understand why it's so hard for you guys to have functioning and normal servers? EVERY other game I've ever played was able to set up normal servers that allow for up to 100 players to play smoothly! Why is it so hard for you? It's like your approximate matchmaking setting doesn't even work either...? Cause there will be times where I get more than half of the players in my Rush lobbies with Portuguese and Spanish names so I know theyre most likely located in Brazil/South America. I live in Dallas where, according to your website, there's apparently an EA server lol. Why can't I also specify what server location I want to connect to, like every other game in the world. I'm at a loss for words on how bad this game has become.
