We can't do that without the details I asked for.
I'm having the same issue, I had pre-ordered standard edition but then bought the EA play subscription so I could play the 10 hours. Once I finished the 10 hours I thought I would be able to start the standard edition as located in New Zealand as the 27th has begun and it says that my trial has been completed and wont let me start the game any other way other than though the trial...
Purchased Standard edition EA FC 25 for Xbox series X/S in Canada, Gamertag is GOOG31

I had to remove the image that your email address in it. Make sure you keep those details private.
The standard edition is not playable until worldwide launch tomorrow. That is why you're not able to play after the trial expires. Ok I will try at midnight tonight, thanks for the help.

What might cause the small problem that my eafc25 doesnt want to start up when i have a stable internet and all the system requirements are met? I havent purchased the ultimate edition, I only wanna try the game out with eaplay, could that be the problem?
