I bought the FC25 game and it doesn't show that it has been purchased

If the game still not showing up in your library for download, please try clearing the EA app's cache:

1. Go to the EA app's menu. On Windows, select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app. On macOS, click Help at the top of the screen, then choose App Recovery.
2. Scroll to Help.
3. Click App recovery.
4. Select Clear cache.

Once that's done, restart the EA app and check if the game is now available. If still not showing up, please contact EA Help Support as they will need to check your purchase.

It didn't work, but if I can't add the version I bought to the cart, you wonder if it's just a visual error?

I had pre ordered the standard addition like last month and over the week i had been using the 10 hour trial when i got to pre download the game ready for the 27th it just comes up with the trial. does anyone know how to fix ?(im on ps5)

I purchased the eafc25 pre order and then downloaded the free 10 hour trial. When my trial was finished I booted up the game and it said the trial had been over. I tried to boot up eafc25 when the pre order was out to download and it’s making me buy it again? Can someone help me I don’t know how to fix this

Same that’s happened to me I brought the game and now it says it’s not paid for I hate the virtual ea support I need to talk to a HUMAN NOW 

I bought EA FC 25 yesterday but I can't download it. It keeps showing me as if a I didn't buy the game and it keeps showing me that the 10h trial ended. Only thing I get is pre-order content.

Hello, I preordered EAFC 25 standard edition (14.09) and ea play (21.09) so I can play after that i buy it for 10 hours free trail. My trail ended and the game officialy came out and I still can't play it because I still have a trial version of the game in my library and not the one that i preordered. And when i want to play it it says that i have to buy it. Please help.

Would you please restart your PC and log back into your account to check again? When you search for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 in the home menu on the EA app, check if there are no pending updates. 

Additionally, repair the game and clear cache data from the EA app to verify the game files. Let me know how that goes.
