I can’t log in to my ea account

It don’t send a code to my email and I can’t log in to my fc account or my companion app and rn I’m on another ea account typing may you help me

    Thanks for reaching out. While I can't help directly from the EA Forums, there may be a few things I can recommend to help the Login Verification codes come through. Can you make sure:

    • Your inbox isn’t full.
    • You’ve checked the spam folder.
    • You or your service provider haven’t blocked us.

     

    If that doesn’t help, please contact our support team to check and see if the secondary email set-up worked out and let you know if they can help you further from there
