I can't enter the ultimate team

When I try to enter the Ultimate Team, this message appears:   A Title update for ea sports fc 25 is available and required to enter ultimate team to get the lastest title update you can re-lunch the game and accept the tu download when prompted 

I tried changing the language, changing the DNS, deleting the game, deleting the EA app, and changing the account, but it didn't work. When I gave my account to my friend, he was able to log in and play.
