I cant play Ultimate team

Dear EA,

 I bought FC 25 ultimate edition a few days ago. But every time I start ultimate team I get a message that I need to reset my password, but when I do that nothing happens and I get the same message again. When I click on close it says that the servers are offline. Or that there are problems with my internet while that is not the case. Can you do something with this? I'd like to hear it.
