i can't use my 75x +2 rare gold pack...

I got a 75+ x2 rare gold pack on my items list and i cant even open other packs because the game takes me to the item screen back to back, i press use the item button then it tells me " there is a problem connecting to FUT servers". how can i solve this problem?
