I don't have any evo of founders, and I am a founder

I played EA FC 24 1 week after its launch on PC, purchased from EA, claimed the founder and last year it worked correctly and they gave me the corresponding EVOs. This year, I bought the game a few weeks ago on the same account and platform, and STORE (EA) and I don't even have a Founders EVO. I am sure it is a particular error in my account, it would be good if they reviewed it and solved it, I cannot obtain benefits from something I claimed and it cost me money.
