    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, creating an appeal with these steps was the right call to make.

Same happened to me boss, also on PC. Banned for seemingly no reason. I'm 4 appeals in and still no result. They also do not give me a reason for the ban. I don't know whats going on with their anticheat! Hopefully you have more luck than me
