i have a black screen after entering the session

idk what to do about it after the logo and selecting the session i cannot enter to the game , it throws me a black screen and a loading eafc25 logo in the bottom. i tried changing the location of th...

      i found the error , i just only needed to delete the profile of ea fc 25 when entering and create a new one , it was a interface problem
