Community ManagerUnfortunately, we're unable to make any account changes for you here at the forums. I can share some guides on how to link the accounts: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account & Linking your platform accounts to your EA Account.
If you're unable to make the changes yourself you will need to contact EA Help Support. What exactly is happening when you're trying to contact support? Are you getting the option to start a chat with them?
