I sent three discussions and no one replied
When entering the online parts of the game, a "blank white screen" appears for a few moments, then the familiar error message "you have lost your online connection..."
When will you fix it?
There is a thread in the bug report forum where they are asking for more details as they are investigating it. I am not sure but looks similar to your issue maybe post there.

I didn’t realize you already posted in there. They might be needing more info or are investigating it. That looks like the main thread for it so I am sure they will post an update there when they have one.

I have the exact problem and reported it, but nobody responded.
I also sent many reports, but no one responded.
If you live in a sanctioned country like Iran, Cuba, Russia, or Belarus, like me, your online connection will be problematic. The way I've found so far is to set up a VPN on the modem itself, not on the console
