Just to check, when you say that it's asking you to make a new personal account, do you mean a new personal settings file when you start the game up?

A personal settings file won't affect your Ultimate Team. It'll only affect any personalised controller layouts as well as your progress in skill games. Your UT progress is stored in the cloud, which is why you still see it on your companion app.
is there a way, I can transfer this progress from cloud to my pc profile (ULTIMATE TEAM ON PC)?
